We keep nobody. Not a student list. Not a parent number. Not a photograph. Each time your bursary has already marked Paid, we write one short stub, then we empty the glass.
Per student, or by batch?
Neither as a file. Per event. One child pays. Your portal says Paid. That is one event. We write one stub. We forget the child. One exam-right is spent. That is a second event. We forget the child again.
A hall of one hundred is not a batch we download. It is one hundred events, one after another. If someone offers “the list of all students so we can map them,” we refuse.
What “30,000” is — it is not 30,000 students
You do not need 30,000 students. Baze is about 7,000. Kano is smaller. 30,000 is a pool of successful posts inside the 90-day seat — not a headcount.
Every time your book has already posted — fees marked Paid, or one exam-right spent — that is one from the pool. One child in one session can use more than one: she pays (one), she sits a paper (one), she sits another paper (one). A hall of 400 is 400 exam-rights, still 400 people or fewer.
In ninety days you will likely use a few thousand, not thirty thousand. Quiet: about 4,000. Ordinary: about 12,000. Only if you enrol every script on both campuses do you approach the top of the pool. Unused posts stay inside the ₦1,500,000. We do not bill ₦12 until that pool is finished. The child is never charged.
What happens next, if you nod
Week one: bursary and exams, one hour. They already print a receipt number. After Paid they send four fields from that receipt — not the student. Then a real paper, Baze then Kano. You watch a count. Day 90 you continue, or you stop.
Ninety days, both houses: ₦1,500,000. First 30,000 successful posts inside. Then ₦12 only when your book has already posted. If your book did not post: ₦0.
